We Wholesale to the Trade ONLY! We must have a copy of your Tax Resale Certificate or have your Resale Number on file.

Orders may be placed via WEBSITE, FAX & EMAIL 24/7.
To place order through our website, all you need to do is to REGISTER as a member online by filling out a simple APPLICATION with your contact information.
Please allow us 2 to 3 business days to process your orders, PLEASE PLAN AHEAD during holiday seasons.
If you ordered an item and it was not delivered, that means we do not have it in stock. We will NOT keep track of Back Orders. So you need to re-order it during you next order.
IMPORTANT: We DO guarantee high quality of our products, but we do NOT GUARANTEE SALES. We are NOT responsible for typographical errors.
2. Hours of Operation:
Please call for appointment before visiting our showroom because we maybe at a show or visiting clients.
3. Payment Options:
We are pleased to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for all purchases. We will verify your Billing information with your card provider to complete your order.
Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. All online orders are subject to additional shipping charges following review and processing. International and Domestic orders can be subject to additional shipping charges.
When you place an order on our website, shipping charges are not automatically added. Instead, we will accurately calculate the shipping charge and processing your order. If you need to be notify for the shipping cost, Kindly advice once your order has been placed.
5. Return/Exchange/Repair Policy:
We stand behind our products. In the event you receive any product from us which is broken or otherwise non-functioning upon ARRIVAL, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) and we will arrange for repair or replacement. Do not return any items without receiving authorization from us.
FOR EACH AND OTHER REPAIRS HAS DIFFERENT CHARGES, YOU NEED TO CALL FOR AUTHORIZATION
Please pack the merchandise carefully with a COPY of the original INVOICE in a small box or bubble envelope. We take care of items returned WITH the invoice usually within 30 days. However it may take up to 90 days for us to take care of items returned WITHOUT the invoice.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise. We do NOT refund shipping charges, unless we made an error.
PLEASE NOTE: Claims on broken glass, dead battery, missing watch parts as well as wear & tear caused by customer, third party and/or inventory aging after customer receiving merchandise are NOT covered by us.
